Investments That Make a Difference

Jess TonnWe joined the Citizens’ Committee for Children of New York this morning when they released a new infographic that illustrates key data points affecting the lives of our city’s children. According to the graphic, over half of NYC third graders from low-income families read below grade level, and over a quarter of those students will not graduate on time. More than 500,000 kids—one in three—live in poverty in NYC.
